Refund & Return Policy

At The Ceremony Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to our returns portal here.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Items must be returned in good condition to receive full credit.
3. A return shipping label will be provided through the portal. If you did not purchase free returns at checkout, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the label.
4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note the following:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If the item has been used or damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
• Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

What is Checkout+? (Free Returns)

When you opt in for Checkout+ at checkout, you get Free Returns on your order. That means if something doesn’t work out, you can return it through our portal without paying for return shipping—no questions asked. Shop confidently knowing returns are easy and hassle-free.

To resolve the issue, please contact us immediately if you received a damaged or defective item. We may require photos of the item to process the return. We do not cover shipping costs to replace damaged items.
