Adorable! Perfect gift for a bachelorette party.

The online portal is not allowing me to download my return label and I’ve sent multiple emails and received no help yet. This return is time sensitive and I’m wondering if I was intentionally not helped before the return deadline or if they will make things right since I couldn’t proceed due to an error on their end. I do like the photo album but so far the customer support hasn’t been the best.
