With the new year here, comes newfound trends. We have seen a peak in fashion trends being carried over to 2023 and making their way into bridal outfits for all occasions. From sequins to lace, and even black being the new white for brides. Many of your favorites including Hailey Bieber, the Kardashians, the Jenners, & more have taken part in these trends (and some might say they’ve started them!). Below we put together the top 3 fashion trends you’ll be seeing at weddings in 2023. 

1. SEQUIN

So I guess sequins are making a comeback this year. At first, I considered it as some might say “cheugy”, but after seeing Hailey Bieber wear the stunning 16Arlington sequined dress on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, I take that back. 2023 is going to be ALL about sequins. Whether it be a nude sequin, white sequin, or any color choice, sequins are here. This year don’t be afraid to step up your bridal outfits and opt for the sequin option, we PROMISE you won’t regret it ;) 

2. LACE

You asked for sexy but classy bridal looks and your prayers have been answered. This year expect to see many lace gowns, lace slips, lace veils,  and even lace jumpsuits. Thanks to some of your favorite influencers and celebs this lace trend has been on the rise.  

Kourtney Kardashian Barker incorporated this classic mini lace veil for her during her wedding ceremony. And we even saw Samantha Lula style her lace veil beautifully during her court ceremony. We CANNOT forget about the moment Camille Charriere broke the internet when she wore an Upcycled Lace Dress to Her “Roaring 2020s” Wedding Celebration or when Kim Kardashian stunned in this see-through lace dress for her 42nd birthday celebration. 

To sum it up: 2023 = the year of lace.

3. BLACK IS THE NEW WHITE

Now don’t come at us, as we’ve witnessed it ourselves. Brides are turning the tables by asking their bridal parties to dress in all white as they style themselves in an all black look. Usually on bachelorette trips the bride coordinates a theme for the friends to dress in. Whether it be all shades of pinks, all neutrals, or an all sequin night.
